Mitsuru Kirijo and the Wedgie Shadows
Mitsuru Kirijo, Third Year Honor Student, Student Council President, and one of the leaders of S.E.E.S, the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad, was in her usual space in the area around the entrance of Tartarus. Her motorcycle was idling nearby, holding her communication equipment that she used to keep in contact with the rest of the team that was high up Tartarus. The team was nearly out of range of her equipment, even when she used her Persona to try and keep in touch with them. She was using a lot of her power to try and reach them. So much so, that she didn't notice that two powerful Shadows were closing in on her.  Mitsuru didn't notice them at first, not until the tall lanky one smacked her with his hand. She gasped and flew a bit, but recovered quickly and stood up. "How did they sneak up on me?" *She asked, but then realized how. She cursed herself for not being as vigilant as she should, and she summoned her Persona. She then charged the Shadows, thinking she could take them on.  Her Persona fired off a powerful ice attack. The Empress, a Shadow that was shorter and more round than the Emperor, managed to block most of the attack while Mitsuru herself attacked the Emperor with her rapier. He absorbed the blow as well, and swung at her with his blade. She managed to dodge the attack, but her top got cut, leaving her chest exposed. Thankfully her bra didn't get damaged.  Mitsuru then changed tactics. She swapped what targets that her and her Persona attacked, and that looked for a while. However, she soon found that she wasn't making much progress. The Shadows used their powers to swap who could be physically damaged, and who could be magically damaged on a regular basis. Thankfully they didn't heal, but they were too tough for just herself, and she was quickly getting tired. The Empress sent out a magic attack that landed, and knocked the wind out of Mitsuru. She gasped as she landed, and her Persona faded, as she was no longer strong enough to make it appear. Then the Emperor grabbed her and lifted her up.  Mitsuru tried to struggle in the Shadows grasp, trying to get out as best she could, glaring at the big monster. She was expecting to die, but the Emperor didn't kill her. Instead, the large Shadow ripped off her long, dress-like skirt.  The class president gasped as her skirt was removed, her plain white granny panties, the stereotypical pair worn by Japanese school girls, now on full display. She continues to try and escape the Shadows grasp, to no avail. "Unhand me you beast, or so help me I will give you a slow and painful execution!"  *Her threats fell on deaf ears, as rather than the woman being let go, Mitsuru felt her pretty white panties grabbed by the Shadow. She had dealt with enough wedgies in various ways, so she knew what was about to happen. She braced herself for the panty pulling that was about to happen.  And happen it did, as with surprising strength the Shadow pulled her panties upwards while keeping the girl gripped in it's other hand. Mitsuru cried out as she felt the cotton invade her admittedly large butt, kicking her legs and squirming to try and get out. After the Shadow stretched her panties a bit more to make sure they didn't rip, it released her and let her hang from her panties, which got a whimper out of Mitsuru.  After hanging for a bit, the Shadow starts to bounce her up and down, getting more cute sounds from the class president. Once the panties stretched out more, it changed to a yo yo wedgie. Mitsuru was rolled up in her panties before falling down and unraveling on the way there. She groaned and moaned as she was rolled around. Then the Shadow spotted the girls motorcycle, and got a wicked idea.  They attached the panties of the class president to the handlebars of the motorcycle, her butt on the seat as the panties were secured. Then one of the Shadows took control of the bike and made it drive around at high speed. Mitsuru cried out as her panties were being pulled by her own bike, her body bent over by the sheer speed. The two Shadows laughed as they made the bike do laps, doughnuts, and wheelies. Only when the bike ran out of power did they stop, with Mitsuru crying a bit from the pain.  Mitsuru got pulled off the bike by the pair of Shadows, each one grabbing one side of her panties. She got but a moments relief before they started dishing out some tandem wedgies.  First they pulled their respective sides towards them, putting her in a hammock wedgie, which quickly turned into a tug of war. She moaned and yelped as she was yanked back and forth between the Shadows. Then came the jump rope wedgie. They spun her around like a jump rope, and Mitsuru cried out as she was spun around. After 20 or 30 "jumps" they stopped, and got ready to dish out the final wedgies.  Mitsuru's poor booty wasn't really ready for what was about to happen. The two Shadows pulled and stretched her panties out into various shapes. A star, then an hourglass. She was put into a square, triangle, hexagon, and so many more interesting shapes, all while she moaned and groaned. Finally she ended up in a spider web wedgie. Her arms and legs were wrapped in her underwear, and her face was masked by them as well. It was how they left her, and how she was found when the team finally arrived to help her.  Once the Shadows were beaten and she was saved, she informed the team, in a very, very serious tone, that if anyone heard about what happened in any regard, they'd all be made to regret it. No one so much as spoke about it from that day forward, though every now and than, despite the pain, Mitsuru would put herself in a wedgie…or several. (Hello again everyone. Sorry this new story took so long to come out, but I hope you enjoyed it none the less. This will probably be my last Persona themed story, unless you guys really want to see another girl get her panties ruined. If so, let me know in the comments. If not, then I'll be working on a new idea and new type of story, or new for me anyway)
